**Job Title:** Quick Lube Technician

**Job Summary:**

The Quick Lube Technician is responsible for performing routine maintenance services, including oil changes and fluid checks, on customer vehicles in a fast-paced environment. This role requires technical knowledge, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• **Routine Maintenance:**
• Perform oil changes, fluid checks, and filter replacements following company standards.
• Inspect vehicles for additional service needs and communicate findings to customers.
• **Customer Service:**
• Greet customers and explain services performed.
• Provide recommendations for additional maintenance or repairs as needed.
• **Equipment Maintenance:**
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area and equipment.
• Ensure tools and equipment are in good working condition and report any issues.
• **Safety Compliance:**
• Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Handle hazardous materials, such as used oil and filters, in accordance with regulations.
• **Team Collaboration:**
• Work efficiently with team members to ensure timely service delivery.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

## Qualifications
**Qualifications:**

• **Education:**
• High school diploma or equivalent; automotive certification is a plus.
• **Experience:**
• Previous experience in an automotive service or quick lube environment preferred.
• Familiarity with automotive systems and maintenance procedures.
• **Skills:**
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.

**Physical Requirements:**

• Ability to lift and move heavy items, such as oil containers.
• Comfortable working in various weather conditions and in a shop environment.
