Warehouse Support/Transfer Driver

## Description

Roger’s Gardens is seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Support / Transfer Driver to join our Santa Ana warehouse team. This full-time position supports daily warehouse operations, including building patio furniture, picking transfer orders, pricing merchandise, organizing product, and driving company trucks between the Santa Ana warehouse and the Newport Beach store location.

This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, organized, safety-minded, and comfortable working in a hands-on warehouse environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Build and assemble patio furniture according to company standards.
• Pick, prepare, and load merchandise for transfer orders between locations.
• Price merchandise accurately and neatly.
• Drive company trucks between the Santa Ana warehouse and Roger’s Gardens store location in Newport Beach.
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Assist with organizing warehouse inventory and maintaining clean work areas.
• Handle merchandise carefully to prevent damage.
• Communicate with the Warehouse Lead regarding transfer needs, priorities, product issues, or delays.
• Follow all company safety procedures when driving, loading, unloading, lifting, and using warehouse equipment.
• Support other warehouse tasks as needed.

## Qualifications

• Valid California driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Experience driving box trucks or similar company vehicles preferred.
• Warehouse, receiving, stocking, delivery, or inventory experience preferred.
• Ability to safely lift, carry, push, and pull merchandise.
• Comfortable assembling patio furniture and working with basic tools.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail when picking orders and pricing merchandise.
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain a safe, organized work environment.

**Physical Requirements**

• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift.
• Must be able to lift and carry heavy or bulky merchandise with assistance when needed.
• Must be comfortable working in a warehouse environment and loading/unloading trucks.

• **Work Schedule**
• Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM.
