**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide high-quality therapy services to clients in assisted living setting. The ideal candidate will have experience working with elderly and/or disabled patients who require speech therapy services. The Speech Language Pathologist will assess patient conditions, develop personalized treatment plans, and provide therapeutic interventions to achieve optimal outcomes.

**Job Types:** Part-time, Full-time, and Per Diem

**Compensation:**

  • $60 - $80 Per Session
  • $80,000 - $105,000 per year

**Responsibilities:**

  • Conduct initial & ongoing patient assessments to determine diagnosis and treatment plans
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to improve speech, swallowing skills, memory and cognition
  • Provide therapeutic treatments and procedures, including swallow studies, memory/cognitive tests
  • Counsel patients on their condition and rehabilitation goals
  • Advise patients on diet modifications, memory tasks and supplemental tools to aide in memory and cognition
  • Update patient health records with treatment plans, discharge instructions, and on patient condition
  • Maintain professional licensure with state authorities
  • Collaborate with health professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes

## Qualifications
Have two years of experience working with the geriatric population
Have a valid Speech Pathologist License with the State of New Jersey
