The Mechanical Design Engineer works with a team to drive new product development and elevate existing designs through technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement. You’ll blend analytical rigor with hands-on engineering, incorporating customer feedback to deliver products that meet market and regulatory demands.

**Additional Responsibilities and Opportunities:**

• Lead mechanical design projects from concept through release, ensuring performance, cost, and manufacturability goals are achieved.
• Complete engineering tasks, including formal support requests and design reviews.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives and lead Root Cause Analysis sessions.

## Qualifications

• Years of experience will determine job placement (I, II, Senior) and corresponding compensation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Demonstrated understanding of engineering principles, simulation tools, and 3D CAD systems.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills grounded in sound engineering judgment.
• Design for Manufacturability – CNC, injection molding and casting.
• RF/ EMI/EMC product designs.
