Director - Operations - Orthopedics & Urgent Care

The Director - Operations leads multiple physician practices within our service area. This position serves as the primary contact for the physicians, APPs, and for the practice leaders. This position provides leadership to their practices in the areas of customer service, strategy, patient safety, financial performance, operational efficiency, growth, and employee engagement.
