FAMILY PHYSICIAN

## Description

Alivio Medical Center is seeking a full-time, bilingual Family Physician. The Family Physician is directly responsible for performing and recording patient health history, patient examination and diagnosis, recommendations of medical treatment, rendering of on-site treatment and hospitalization services as necessary.

## Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited medical school with a degree of Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathy.
• Completion of an accredited Family Medicine Residency program.
• Board certified or Board Eligible (within the initial allowable period of time post-graduation)
• Unrestricted license to practice in the State of Illinois
• Federal DEA registration
• Basic Life Support Training
• Bilingual - Fluent in English & Spanish
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
• Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• Previous experience in a community health center setting, desired.
