## Job Summary

NDC is headquartered in Nashville and is a leading national distributor and supply chain solutions provider of healthcare products. We are seeking a collaborative, results driven, and detail-oriented Quality Analyst to join our Supply Chain team. This role is responsible for helping lead the quality function across multi-site distribution operations. It involves helping to establish, maintain, and optimize a quality management system that is ISO 9001, FDA, DSCSA, and VAWD compliant.

## Key Responsibilities

  • Help develop and document work instructions.
  • Monitor and audit warehouse processes to identify deviations from standard operating procedures.
  • Document and report quality issues, non-conformances, and corrective actions.
  • Participate in root cause analysis and recommend preventive measures.
  • Collaborate with operations management to implement quality improvements.
  • Maintain records of inspections, audits, and quality metrics.
  • Support training initiatives to educate staff on quality standards and procedures.

## Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in quality, preferably in a warehouse operation.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to commute to La Vergne, TN 5 days a week
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Skillful at project planning and aligning stakeholders.

## Preferred Skills

  • Experience with ISO standards or other quality frameworks.
  • Knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Familiarity with document management systems and warehouse management systems.
  • Certification in quality (e.g., ISO 9001 Auditor, CQIA, CQT) is a plus.
