**Position Summary**
We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Manager to lead our housekeeping team in maintaining impeccable cleanliness and an inviting atmosphere throughout the hotel. This role requires a hands-on leader committed to high standards, staff development, and seamless operations.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage daily housekeeping operations for guest rooms, public areas, and employee spaces.
- Train, coach, and supervise housekeeping staff to deliver exceptional service and maintain brand standards.
- Inspect rooms and public spaces regularly to ensure thorough cleaning and upkeep.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and guest amenities; control costs effectively.
- Create and manage staff schedules to meet operational needs and maintain productivity.
- Collaborate with maintenance, front desk, and management teams to address guest requests and maintenance issues promptly.
- Uphold safety, sanitation, and Marriott brand standards consistently.
- Manage departmental budgets and payroll within established guidelines.
**Qualifications**
- 3+ years of housekeeping or hospitality management experience, preferably in luxury or boutique hotels.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational capabilities.
- Experience with housekeeping management software preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
- Prior Marriott experience a plus but not mandatory.
- Bi-lingual Spanish/English is a strong plus
