Assistant Maintenance Technician

## Description

We are seeking a skilled Assistant Maintenance Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will assist with routine maintenance and conducting repairs on various systems and equipment. This role requires a solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

## **Duties & Responsibilities**

• Perform regular maintenance and repairs, as instructed
• Address mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues
• Maintain accurate maintenance records
• Respond to service requests and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Follow safety protocols and regulations
• Tier 1 position - on call to respond to 24-hour emergency calls as scheduled
• Other tasks as assigned by the Property Manager and/or Lead Maintenance Technician

## Qualifications
## **Education & Training**

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Attention to detail and safety
