Yokozuna is an Asian restaurant and sushi bar located in Downtown Tulsa, South Tulsa, and now Bentonville (OPENING SOON!). From sushi to Asian fusion dishes and a vibrant entree menu, Yoko offers something for everyone.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, including cocktails, wines, and beer.
• Provide recommendations to guests on drink pairings, cocktails, and the restaurant’s wine list.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar area, including stocking supplies and ensuring the bar is always prepared for service.
• Monitor guests' alcohol consumption and serve responsibly.
• Handle cash, credit card, and other payments, ensuring accuracy in all transactions.
• Engage with customers in a friendly, positive manner to enhance their experience.
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure all local and state alcohol laws and regulations are followed.
