## Description
**Job Summary:**
Serve as a multi-craft Maintenance Technician for all related maintenance repairs and upgrades. Maintain facility and equipment to meet production schedule, promoting teamwork and efficiency, ensuring the safe operation of equipment and grounds.
## Qualifications
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Ensure compliance with Watershed Foods sanitation, GMPs, HACCP procedures, Food Safety policies, and Occupational Safety Policies.
- Efficiently troubleshoot, correct, and repair equipment as needed.
- Complete maintenance tasks, including pump/gearbox rebuilds, electrical troubleshooting, mechanical component replacement, piping changes, and small fabrication projects.
- Collaborate with and oversee contractors for project and maintenance tasks.
- Propose process improvements to minimize downtime.
- Conduct root cause analysis to eliminate recurring issues.
- Maintain a clean work area and detailed records.
- Be available for call-in situations, including weekends and other shifts.
**Skills & Qualifications:**
- Minimum of 4 years of industrial maintenance experience. (Examples: Electronic/Control systems, pneumatics, PLC Systems, Industrial Automation & Industrial Refrigeration)
- Ability to troubleshoot electro-mechanical systems.
- Knowledge of electricity and electronic principles. (Examples: motor starters, contactors, relays, 3 phase power)
- Experience troubleshooting and installing/aligning mechanical components. (Examples: pumps, gear boxes, bearings & conveyors)
- Understanding of electrical schematics and P&IDs.
- Team-oriented personality.
- Ability to work in fast paced environment by adjusting priorities to meet production needs.
- Well-developed sense of personal initiative and decision making.
- Meet expectations of lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying necessary for the job (100lbs) in extreme hot and cold conditions.
- Ability to install electrical conduit in accordance with NEC preferred.
- Experience in food manufacturing preferred.
- Knowledge of industrial refrigeration principles.
