## Description

MultiFamily make-ready Experience required. General responsibilities include making units ready for move in. A thorough and complete knowledge of replacing and repairing kitchen appliances, minor plumbing, garbage disposal, bathroom vents, light fixtures, switches, ceiling fans, outlets, lock re-keying, door hardware and bathroom fixtures. Must possess personal hand tools. We offer a competitive hourly wage, 3 weeks annual accrued vacation, paid holidays, health insurance, employer matched 401K plan and more!

\*High School diploma/equivalent and Texas Driver License or Texas ID is required.

Background and substance abuse testing required as a condition of employment.
