• **What You’ll Do**

• Negotiate and close contracts while providing top-tier service
• Follow up promptly to ensure client satisfaction
• Accurately complete paperwork and administrative tasks
• Manage physical and virtual client files, payments, and communications
• Maintain organized records and uphold compliance standards
• Work independently overnight while collaborating during shift handoffs

**What We’re Looking For**

• Proven ability to negotiate, upsell, and problem-solve under pressure
• Strong numerical skills (percentages, interest calculations, discounts)
• Confident communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, high-responsibility role
• Comfortable working overnight shifts solo while staying focused and productive
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required
• Ability to pass a **clean background check**
• Willingness to occasionally visit the jail for client services

**Schedule & Compensation**

• 4 days on, 4 days off | Weekends & holidays on rotation
• 6am-6pm
• Weekly salary: $756 + weekly commission and monthly bonus incentives!
