About The Role

## Description

# **Partners Personnel is seeking a relationship-driven Bilingual (Spanish/English) Onsite Manager to support a high-volume warehouse operation in Lebanon, TN. This role serves as the primary onsite connection between client leadership, warehouse associates, and the Partners Personnel team.**

The Onsite Manager maintains a strong presence on the warehouse floor, builds trusted relationships, supports associate engagement and retention, and helps identify and resolve workforce concerns before they impact operations.

  • Salary Range $65,000- $70,000+ annually, depending on experience
  • Compensation is determined based on job-related skills, experience, internal equity, and geographic location. This role may also be eligible for overtime (if non-exempt), bonuses, commissions, or other incentive pay, depending on the position.

## Key Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with client leadership, supervisors, and associates
  • Maintain consistent visibility and engagement on the warehouse floor
  • Conduct associate check-ins and support new associate success
  • Identify and help resolve attendance, performance, engagement, and retention concerns
  • Communicate workforce needs, trends, and operational challenges to internal teams
  • Support client meetings, workforce discussions, and continuous improvement efforts
  • Reinforce safety expectations and promote a positive, accountable work environment
  • Provide timely follow-up and coordinate resolution of client and associate concerns

## Requirements

  • **Staffing industry experience preferred but not required**
  • Experience supporting high-volume hourly workforces is a plus
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced warehouse environment
  • Strong organization, follow-through, and attention to detail
  • Comfortable engaging with both client leadership and hourly associates
  • Bilingual skills are **required**
