**Santa Barbara Auto Group** is seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused **Automotive Parts Advisor** to join our Parts Department. This role is essential in supporting our service technicians, wholesale customers, and retail clients by providing accurate parts information and exceptional service.

**Responsibilities**

• Assist technicians, service advisors, and customers with parts identification and selection
• Accurately look up, price, and sell automotive parts and accessories
• Process parts orders, returns, and special orders
• Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with stocking and bin organization
• Communicate with vendors and track incoming shipments
• Follow dealership procedures and maintain a clean, organized parts department

## Qualifications
**Qualifications**

• Previous automotive parts or dealership experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and systems
• Experience with CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, DealerTrack, or similar DMS
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
