**Valet / Porter / Customer Service Representative**

**Santa Barbara Auto Group | Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM**

**Santa Barbara Auto Group, representing seven premium automotive brands, is looking for a dependable, energetic, and customer-focused Valet / Porter / Customer Service Representative to join our team.**

**If you enjoy working with people, take pride in delivering exceptional customer service, and want an opportunity to grow with a well-established company, we'd love to hear from you. No automotive experience is required—we'll train the right person.**

**Responsibilities**

• **Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.**
• **Safely park, retrieve, and transport customer and dealership vehicles.**
• **Assist the Service Department with vehicle flow and daily operations.**
• **Deliver outstanding customer service to every guest.**
• **Communicate effectively with service advisors, technicians, and management.**
• **Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.**
• **Support other departments as needed to ensure an exceptional customer experience.**

## Qualifications
**Qualifications**

• **Customer service experience preferred (retail, hospitality, restaurant, or automotive experience is a plus).**
• **Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.**
• **Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.**
• **Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.**
• **Reliable, punctual, and professional.**
• **Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required).**
• **Ability to drive a manual transmission is a plus but not required.**
• **Must be able to work outdoors and be comfortable walking and standing throughout the day.**
