About The Role

The Beverage Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operation of beverage outlets within a 24-hour casino environment, ensuring exceptional guest service, operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and team performance. This position provides direct supervision of bartenders, beverage servers, bar porters, and support staff while maintaining high standards of beverage quality, inventory control, and guest satisfaction.

The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive bartending and beverage knowledge, and the ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, high-volume gaming and entertainment environment. The Beverage Supervisor sets the standard for service excellence, drives team engagement, develops talent, and ensures the efficient operation of assigned outlets while supporting the overall Food & Beverage and Casino Operations strategy.
