Security Officer

## Description
**The Williamsport Home is currently seeking candidates for a 3rd shift Security position.
This position works 11pm-7am, weekdays/weekends/holidays as assigned.**

**PURPOSE**

To provide support for The Williamsport Home by monitoring the campus to keep staff and residents safe. This position will also help in screening all employees/visitors upon entry into the facility. This position will also provide support to the maintenance department completing various tasks throughout the shift as assigned.

## Qualifications

**EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS**

1. High school graduate or GED equivalency preferred.
2. Experience in a health-related facility preferred.
3. Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language.
4. Must demonstrate strong verbal and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors and government agencies/personnel and the general public.
6. Must successfully complete the required criminal background check and health requirements set forth by the policies of the facility
