**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Interior Repair Technician to maintain and repair the interior components of high-end luxury coaches. This role requires a strong foundation in carpentry, plumbing, and HVAC systems to ensure top-tier comfort, functionality, and aesthetics. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has a passion for craftsmanship, and is committed to delivering high-quality service for luxury coach interiors.

**Key Responsibilities:**

**Interior Maintenance & Repair:**

• Diagnose and repair issues related to cabinetry, flooring, and other interior fixtures.
• Perform minor to advanced carpentry repairs, including cutting, fitting, and finishing woodwork.
• Troubleshoot and repair interior plumbing systems, including sinks, toilets, and water lines.
• Maintain and service HVAC systems to ensure optimal climate control within the coach.

**System Inspections & Troubleshooting:**

• Conduct regular inspections of the coach interior to identify potential issues before they escalate.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical components related to lighting, climate control, and entertainment systems.
• Ensure all work meets safety standards and manufacturer specifications.
• Follow company policy and OSHA safety regulations.

## Qualifications
**Qualifications:**

• High school diploma or equivalent; trade school or technical certification in carpentry, plumbing, or HVAC is a plus.
• 2+ years of experience in interior maintenance, RV/motorcoach repair, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of woodworking, cabinetry, and finishing techniques.
• Experience with plumbing systems, including freshwater and wastewater systems.
• Basic to intermediate understanding of HVAC systems, troubleshooting, and repairs.
• Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in confined spaces as needed.

**Work Environment & Schedule:**

• Primarily on-site in a workshop or service facility; occasional travel may be required.
• Full-time schedule with potential for overtime based on workload and customer demand.
• May require flexibility for emergency repairs or high-priority customer needs
