This role supports adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities in a structured, community-based setting. ### Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and health oversight for program participants
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor health status and respond to medical needs
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and reports
• Collaborate with program staff, families, and healthcare providers
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory standards
• Support individuals in achieving optimal health and independence

Pay Range: $31.00-$43.00/hr depending on licensure and experience/education

## Qualifications

• Active nursing license in the state of MA
• Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred (training provided)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
