• The Guest Services Agent will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of Guest
• Services and guest satisfaction

Responsibilities and Duties

• Knowledge of Cloudbeds or other reservation system.
• Understanding of the hotel room reservation process; check in, check out, etc.
• Greeting guests and making them feel welcome
• Hotel ambassador- share property knowledge
• Assigning rooms
• Processing payments
• Accommodating guest requests
• Work with the Director of Hotel Operations on guest amenities, room blocks, rate flex,
• etc.
• Check rooms daily to ensure proper cleanliness
• Oversee breakfast preparations
