Job Overview

Your job as a bar back plays a very important role in the success of this restaurant. You’ll assist with bar opening and closing procedures and perform various behind-the-bar tasks, such as restocking the bar and preparing garnishes.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Work with all staff to create a positive dining experience for guests.
• Removes all dishes, glasses and silverware when guests are finished eating.
• Wipe down all tables and chairs.
• Maintain a neat and clean service station throughout the shift.
• Sweep floors and clean up messes when necessary.
• Alert barstaff when guests are in need of attention.
• Carry used dishes to the dishwasher.
• Remain focused and on-task during business hours.
• Present a well-groomed professional appearance, including adhering to company uniform regulations and practice good personal hygiene at all times.
• Be ready and willing to help other staff members as needed
