#### **Overview**
The Concrete Foreman leads and coordinates concrete crews to safely deliver quality work on schedule while supporting the successful completion of commercial construction projects.
#### **What You'll Do**

  • Lead and supervise Concrete Carpenters, Laborers, and Apprentices on commercial construction projects.
  • Review and interpret project plans, specifications, and blueprints.
  • Coordinate daily work activities to meet project schedules and production goals.
  • Oversee subgrade preparation, formwork installation, concrete placement, and finishing operations.
  • Manage crew productivity, manpower allocation, materials, and equipment needs.
  • Coordinate with Superintendents and other project stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
  • Identify and resolve jobsite issues while maintaining quality standards.
  • Ensure compliance with company safety policies and jobsite-specific safety requirements.
  • Train, mentor, and support crew members in safe and efficient work practices.
  • Represent Miles McClellan professionally when interacting with owners, general contractors, and project partners.

## Qualifications
#### **What We're Looking For**

  • 4+ years of concrete construction experience, preferably in commercial construction.
  • Experience leading crews and coordinating daily field operations.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial concrete construction methods, materials, equipment, and safety practices.
  • Ability to determine manpower, equipment, and material needs to meet project schedules.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to train and supervise field personnel while maintaining quality and productivity standards.
