### Responsibilities

Greet customers and gather vehicle information
Document vehicle concerns and symptoms
Recommend maintenance based on mileage and vehicle history
Provide accurate estimates for parts and labor
Monitor repair progress and update customers
Review completed work and explain final invoices

## Qualifications
### Requirements

**1+ year Service Advisor experience preferred**
Automotive dealership knowledge
Strong communication and customer service skills
Positive attitude and ability to work in a **high-volume environment**
CSI-focused mindset
