Service Center Department-Part Time

## Description
**Primary Job Functions:**

• Customer Service (help customers find what they need in a professional and courteous manner)
• Help with tool and grill assembly and tool repairs
• Cut keys
• Re-key locks
• Measure and cut rope, wire, and chain
• Cut glass and plexiglass
• Re-sharpen chainsaw blades
• Build replacement window screens
• Maintain, organize, and clean the Service Center Department
• Small engine quotes and repairs, where applicable

**Secondary Job Functions:**

• Help load merchandise for customers
• Help order merchandise
• Clean and straighten fixtures and merchandise
• Keep aisles and floors clear of obstructions
• Stock shelves
• Check in freight
• Answer telephone
• Professional communication skills

## Qualifications
**Qualifications:**

• Good attitude, friendly
• H.S. Diploma or G.E.D. is preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours; including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• STIHL training is a plus
• Knowledge and usage of products and equipment
• Good math skills
• Ability to read a tape measure
• Good physical condition for lifting
