## Maintenance Technician – $25/hr | Electrical + Hydraulic Pro Wanted!

**Location:** Slinger, WI

**Schedule:** Full-Time | Monday - Friday | 1st Shift

**Facility Type:** Distribution Center

We’re on the hunt for a **mid-level Maintenance Technician** who knows their way around **electrical panels, hydraulic systems**, and fast-paced environments. If you’re the kind of person who can fix it before anyone else even knows it’s broken—you belong here.

### **What You’ll Do:**

Perform preventive and emergency maintenance on conveyors, forklifts, dock doors, and more
Troubleshoot and repair **electrical systems** (motors, sensors, relays, control panels)
Diagnose and maintain **hydraulic systems** (pumps, valves, cylinders)
Keep detailed records in our CMMS system
Ensure all work orders are completed **accurately and on time**
Hold **external contractors accountable** for quality, safety, and timely completion of work
Respond quickly to breakdowns and minimize downtime
Work closely with operations and safety teams to keep everything running smooth

## Qualifications
### **What You Bring:**

Age of 18 or older
3–5 years of industrial or warehouse maintenance experience
Strong skills in **electrical and hydraulic troubleshooting**
Ability to read schematics and technical manuals
Comfortable with tools, meters, and diagnostic gear
High school diploma or GED (tech school = bonus!)
Able to lift 50 lbs and work in a physically active environment
