## Description

The Project Manager represents the Veridus Owner’s Representative Group and acts as a key point of contact for clients throughout the life cycle of a project. Reporting to the Project Executive, this role is responsible for coordinating with clients, design teams, contractors, and reviewing entities to support the development and successful delivery of construction projects—on time, within budget, and in alignment with client goals.

## Qualifications

  1. **Duties & Responsibilities**
  2. Support development and monitoring of project budgets and schedules
  3. Track permits, applications, and other regulatory items
  4. Coordinate with clients, reviewing agencies, contractors, and engineers
  5. Assist with proposal drafting and project reporting
  6. Conduct research and due diligence as needed
  7. Observe construction progress and contribute to reporting
  8. Participate in team development, coordination, and tracking
  9. Provide training and guidance to Assistant Project Managers and staff engineers
  10. Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
  11. Support efforts to exceed client expectations and foster client satisfaction
  12. Represent projects in public forums as necessary
  13. Embrace and model the Veridus culture and core values
  14. Foster strong team relationships and internal collaboration
  15. Demonstrate responsiveness and professionalism in all engagements
  16. Ability to travel regularly between project sites and safely operate a motor vehicle as part of essential job functions, with or without reasonable accommodation. Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.

  18. **Education and Experience**

**Education**

  1. A bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is required; equivalent professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  2. Advanced degrees are preferred and/or encouraged
  3. Professional designations preferred
  4. **Experience**
  5. At least 5-8 years of experience in management or similar disciplines
  6. History of leadership positions in non-work related activities (ie. non-profits, board positions, volunteer, etc.)
