About The Role
## Description
The Project Executive will lead and oversee multiple projects, acting as the primary liaison between clients and the project team. This role emphasizes leadership, strategic client interactions, and upholding company values across all project phases. This management includes, but is not limited to, managing the workload for the team, client management, business development, proposal writing, financial tracking, quality control, coordination services with other groups within the firm and other general duties as listed below. The Project Executive will help set the direction for the group and mentor young project executives and project managers to advance them in their career, as well as network with clients and partners to grow the professional practice of the group within the firm.
## Qualifications
- **Duties & Responsibilities**
- Proposal drafting
- Oversee research and due diligence efforts
- Monitor project schedules
- Lead project budget development and tracking
- Oversee permits and applications management
- Coordinate with clients and reviewers
- Supervise construction observation and reporting
- Oversee training and development for Senior Project Managers, Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and other staff
- Lead clear and effective communication with clients and stakeholders
- Drive team development, coordination, tracking, and performance
- Champion initiatives to exceed client expectations
- Represent the organization and projects in public engagements as needed
- Embraces company culture and works hard to foster connectivity among the Veridus Team
- Models company culture in and out of the office
- Ability to travel regularly between project sites and safely operate a motor vehicle as part of essential job functions, with or without reasonable accommodation. Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.

- **Education, Skills and Experience**
**Education**
- A bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is required; equivalent professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Advanced degrees are preferred and/or encouraged
- Professional designations preferred
- **Experience**
- At least 7-10 years of experience in construction management or similar disciplines
- History of leadership positions in non-work-related activities (ie. non-profits, board positions, volunteer, etc.)
