About The Role
## Description
The Project Manager represents the Veridus Owner’s Representative Group and acts as a key point of contact for
clients throughout the life cycle of a project. Reporting to the Project Executive, this role is responsible for
coordinating with clients, design teams, contractors, and reviewing entities to support the development and
successful delivery of construction projects—on time, within budget, and in alignment with client goals.
## Qualifications
Duties & Responsibilities
- Support development and monitoring of project budgets and schedules
- Track permits, applications, and other regulatory items
- Coordinate with clients, reviewing agencies, contractors, and engineers
- Assist with proposal drafting and project reporting
- Conduct research and due diligence as needed
- Observe construction progress and contribute to reporting
- Participate in team development, coordination, and tracking
- Provide training and guidance to Assistant Project Managers and staff engineers
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
- Support efforts to exceed client expectations and foster client satisfaction
- Represent projects in public forums as necessary
- Embrace and model the Veridus culture and core values
- Foster strong team relationships and internal collaboration
- Demonstrate responsiveness and professionalism in all engagements
- Ability to travel regularly between project sites and safely operate a motor vehicle as part of essential job
functions, with or without reasonable accommodation. Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.

Education, Skills and Experience
Education
- A bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is required; equivalent
professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Advanced degrees are preferred and/or encouraged
- Professional designations preferred
Experience
- At least 5-8 years of experience in management or similar disciplines
- History of leadership positions in non-work related activities (ie. non-profits, board positions, volunteer, etc.)
