About The Role

## Description
The Project Manager will represent the Veridus Owner’s Representative Group and act as an extension of the
client’s team with regard to the development and delivery of their construction goals. The Project Manager supports
the Project Executive in leading, tracking, and reporting on all phases of a construction project from visioning and
preconstruction through construction, closeout, and warranty. This position helps manage project execution while
reinforcing Veridus' mission, values, and high standards of service.
## Qualifications

Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Support development and monitoring of project budgets and schedules
  2. Track permits, applications, and other regulatory items
  3. Coordinate with clients, reviewing agencies, contractors, and engineers
  4. Assist with proposal drafting and project reporting
  5. Conduct research and due diligence as needed
  6. Observe construction progress and contribute to reporting
  7. Participate in team development, coordination, and tracking
  8. Provide training and guidance to Assistant Project Managers and staff engineers
  9. Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
  10. Support efforts to exceed client expectations and foster client satisfaction
  11. Represent projects in public forums as necessary
  12. Embrace and model the Veridus culture and core values
  13. Foster strong team relationships and internal collaboration
  14. Demonstrate responsiveness and professionalism in all engagements
  15. Ability to travel regularly between project sites and safely operate a motor vehicle as part of essential job

functions, with or without reasonable accommodation. Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.

Education, Skills and Experience

Education

  1. A bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is required; equivalent

professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

  1. Advanced degrees are preferred and/or encouraged
  2. Professional designations preferred

Experience

  1. At least 5-8 years of experience in management or similar disciplines
  2. History of leadership positions in non-work related activities (ie. non-profits, board positions, volunteer, etc.)
