We are seeking a compassionate and experienced **Part time Hospice Registered Nurse** includes **$5,000 Sign on Bonus** to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to seniors in their homes, ensuring comfort and dignity during their end-of-life journey.

**Schedule**: Saturday & Sunday

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to hospice patients in accordance with their individualized care plans.
• Conduct regular assessments and adjust care plans as needed to meet the evolving needs of patients.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
• Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure holistic care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress.

## Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Washington or Multistate licensure.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in hospice or palliative care.
• Strong clinical skills and the ability to manage complex patient needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient, and empathetic approach to care.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
