**Territory**: Central King County (Downtown and West Seattle)

## Qualifications

**Job qualifications:**

• An active PT license in WA State
• A reliable car with current insurance coverage and a current driver's license
• Experience working in a Medicare certified Home Health agency
• Organized and self-starting to manage caseload/scheduling independently.
