Back-up Driver

## Qualifications

**QUALIFICATIONS:**

**EDUCATION:** H.S. Diploma or equivalent.

**EXPERIENCE:** Previous delivery driving experience a plus.

**SPECIAL SKILLS:** Must have a valid CT driver's license with a clean driving record for previous 3 years. Knowledge of service area.

**PHYSICAL RREQUIREMENTS**: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., be able to drive including getting into and out of vehicle frequently and sitting for brief periods of time, ability to climb stairs, bend and lift.

**PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS:** Ability to function within guidelines of Agency’s core values and identification with Agency mission.
