Reports to: **Regional Group Exercise Manager or Director of Small Group Training & Group Exercise**

DUTIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO

Scheduling live and virtual group exercise programming in assigned Club locations.
Payroll, knowledge of all Les Mills programs; certified and experienced in teaching at least one Les Mills format.
The ability/knowledge to guide an instructor through the certification process, class and launch promotion (social media, flyers, & interaction with the members).
Conduct yearly evaluations for instructors; attend/participate in launches; coordinate and attend launch practices; create monthly schedule; maintain/monitor fitness room cleanliness; know/facility instructor guide/policy procedures; monitor absentees and no drama rule; working knowledge of all group X equipment (including stereo, microphone, virtual).
Positive attitude and *CLUB4* Fitness pride; no negative (or questionable) social media posts or pictures in a *CLUB4* Fitness facility.
No inappropriate attire or verbiage; must sign non-complete contract.

Must work specifically designated hours weekly/monthly in the Club facility that does not include teaching classes. Work times must vary throughout the day.
## Qualifications
Must have experience in the Group Fitness industry.
LesMills certification(s) required.
