Your Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a welcoming environment
• Assist the General Manager in overseeing all aspects of daily operations
• Lead by example, resolving customer issues promptly and professionally
• Manage and prioritize store tasks, ensuring standards are met and exceeded
• Oversee inventory accuracy, audits, and vendor deliveries
• Complete daily paperwork and troubleshoot reporting errors
• Develop, post, and maintain accurate store schedules
• Uphold all company policies, health and safety standards, and compliance requirements
• Manage store operations in the absence of the General Manager

## Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

• Proven management experience in retail, food service, or fuel industries
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to motivate and coach team members effectively
• Flexible to work various shifts, including holidays and on-call when needed
• Valid driver’s license and reliable, personal transportation
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work across multiple locations
• Must pass a background check, motor vehicle report, and 4-panel drug test
• Completion of Manager Food Training within 90 days of employment
