Clinical Supervisor - CTPSB (Forensic Program) Middletown

## Description

Position Summary

The Clinical Supervisor will be part of the CTPSB Leadership Team. The Clinical Supervisor will be responsible for the daily management of clinical and operational aspects of the treatment section of CTPSB. The Clinical Supervisor will have close coordination with funders, focusing on the specific needs of their assigned supervision offices.

Working within Adult Services, the Clinical Supervisor works with Community Justice program staff to help to rehabilitate, educate, and successfully guide clients from incarceration back into the community.

Requirements

• Masters Degree with full licensure (LPC, LCSW or LMFT)
• 2 years of related experience in the direct services in the field of problem sexual behaviors
• Valid Connecticut drivers license
• Regular and predictable attendance is required

Orientation

• If selected for employment with The Connection, newly hired employees will be required to attend a two (2) day mandatory New Hire Orientation at our Roscommon office located in Middletown.
