**Residential Counselor** **– Wheatland CILA**

*A **CILA** (Community Integrated Living Arrangement) is a **group home** style living arrangement **for adults** aged 18 and older living with developmental disabilities. Clearbrook currently has 50+ CILA homes around the Chicago area, each one housing 1-8 clients each.*

**Location**: Crystal Lake, IL

**Hours**: Full Time

**Schedule**: Wednesday 3pm-Thursday 9am and Thursday 3pm-Friday 9am (36hrs)

**Pay**: $21.35/hr + Paid Training!

**Responsibilities**

• Responsible for the direct provision of active treatment to the clients including training and assistance in all areas addressed in the individual program plans of the clients to whom she/he is assigned.
• Teach and provide the support necessary for the individual’s use of community resources.
• Assist clients with daily living activities including (but not limited to) personal hygiene, feeding & housekeeping.
• Assist clients in all areas of social and recreational program activities for the day.

## Qualifications

**Requirements**

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license required
• Must be 21 years of age
