**Location(s):** Rolling Meadows, IL

**Hours:** Full time, Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, 40 hours per week

**Salary: $25.10/hr,** plus full time benefits

Clearbrook is a non-profit, social services agency that specializes in providing innovative tools, services and opportunities to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, such as Autism and Down Syndrome.

**General Duties: T**he Maintenance Worker is responsible for various maintenance jobs for our residential and commercial sites.

**Essential Functions:**

1. Maintain residential and commercial sites in good repair and free of all hazards.
2. Maintain the grounds in a safe, sanitary and presentable condition
3. Maintain all plumbing fixtures and piping in good repair and properly functioning.
4. It is the responsibility of the Maintenance Staff to maintain confidentiality with all clients and their families and maintain a professional image/role as a representative of the agency.
5. Adhere to all policies and procedures established for Clearbrook, and those of all governing bodies.
6. Complete mandatory training annually.
7. Perform other duties as assigned. ## Qualifications
**The Maintenance Worker must have:**

• At least 2-3 years of experience working in various areas of maintenance
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid IL driver's license
• Basic maintenance knowledge

• Must pass pre-employment physical and drug test within 10 days of the job offer.

**Environmental Conditions:**

• Work may be performed in a variety of settings with varying levels of cleanliness, noise, etc.
• Occasional exposure to bloodborne pathogens.
• Infrequent exposure to combative clients.
• Hazards typically present in a home environment.
• This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
