**Program: Commons (Intermediate Care Facility)**

**Location: Rolling Meadows, IL**

**Salary: $85,000**

**Hours: Full Time, 40 Hours, Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm with on-call duties**

Clearbrook is a non-profit, social services agency that specializes in providing innovative opportunities and services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

The **Assistant Director of Nursing** has responsibility for the assistance to the Director of Nursing with supervision of the Clearbrook Commons' health services and other needs.

## Qualifications

**The Assistant Director of Nursing must have:**

• Nursing Diploma or Bachelor's in Nursing
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience
• RN License in the state of Illinois
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds
• Preferred experience working with individuals with disabilities
• Feed/G-Tube experience is preferred
