**Program:** CHILD Therapy Services

**Location:** Based in Arlington Heights, IL: In person and Telehealth therapy sessions across the Chicagoland and Suburbs

**Hours:** Flexible part-time hours

**Pay:** $67 / EI billable hour

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist specializing in Early Intervention to join our team. This position focuses on providing therapeutic services to infants and toddlers (aged 0-3), addressing motor delays, enhancing mobility, and promoting physical development crucial for early childhood growth and independence.

## Qualifications

**Minimum Education / Experience Requirements:**

• Doctorate degree (DPT) in Physical Therapy
• Current PT license in Illinois
• Illinois Early Intervention certificate
• 1 year of experience as a physical therapist with children aged 0-3 in a hospital, educational, or clinical setting or experience with children with multiple disabilities
