### **Client Relationship Management**

  • **Trusted Advisory:** Maintain open, consistent communication with agency personnel beyond active engagements, demonstrating a thorough, big-picture understanding of the client’s industry trends and operational realities.
  • **Proposal Support:** Proactively identify out-of-scope tasks on active accounts and assist leadership during the proposal development process for new procurement opportunities.

## **Experience & Qualifications**

  • **Public Sector Project Delivery:** Minimum guideline of 5+ years (60 months) of progressive professional experience in management consulting or project management, with experience supporting state, local, or higher education public sector agencies.
