## Qualifications

• Technical degree or previous experience as an automotive body shop technician (required)
• Painting experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to work efficiently and independently within established time standards
• Valid driver’s license (required)
