**PAY RATE: $15.72 Hourly**(Pay is negotiable based on experience)

**Summary:**
Performs a variety of duties within the Operation Sharing warehouse, assisting both CAP Programs, Donors, Recipients, and any other Customers
**Essential Job Functions:**
- Provide scheduled, structured support to Schools (FRC, YSC, and FRYSC) and CAP programs at least three days per week, or as needed, through in person appointments. including operating a forklift as required.
- Maintain regular weekly contact with CAP programs and schools to strengthen relationships, identify current needs, anticipate upcoming needs, and connect with new schools. Ensure that the program room and all related areas are clean, organized, and well maintained.
- Complete small scale GIK pickups and/or deliveries using the CAP pickup truck and box trailer on a weekly basis and as needed.

## Qualifications
**Education:**
High School Diploma or Equivalent**Required**
**Years of Experience**
1 or more years of successful experience in related field or combination of education and experience
**Certifications and Licensure:**
Possess a Valid Kentucky Driver's License and Maintain a Safe Driving Record **Required**
CAP Driving Certification\* (or ability to obtain within first 90 days) **Required**
\*In order to drive personal vehicle on CAP business, must obtain and maintain a policy of motor vehicle insurance coverage on privately-owned vehicle with insurance coverage amounts of $50,000 bodily injury per person per accident; $100,000 bodily injury for all bodily injuries per accident; and $50,000 property damage per accident.
DOT Medical Card **Required**
Forklift Certification (or Ability to Obtain) **Required**
**Physical Requirements:**
Ability to reach, push, pull, bend, stoop, stand, walk
Lift 75 lb. from floor to waist
Lifts/moves items with unknown weight or that are awkward shapes and sizes with assistance
Use a step ladder
Push with 14 lb. force for 324 ft
Stand for extended periods of time
Sit for extended periods of time
Have good visual acuity with corrective lenses
Have good hearing capabilities
