Dean’s Professional Services is looking for a **Healthcare Staffing Coordinator** who is energized by people, motivated by results, and driven to deliver exceptional service to healthcare professionals and the clients who rely on them.

**What You’ll Be Doing**

You won’t just “fill jobs.” You’ll be the connection point between healthcare professionals and the facilities that need them most.

✔ Recruit and place healthcare professionals in temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct hire roles

✔ Build strong relationships with candidates, employees, and healthcare clients

✔ Match the **right personality and skills** to the **right environment**

✔ Guide candidates through onboarding and credentialing steps

✔ Keep documentation accurate and ensure compliance standards are met

✔ Stay in touch with employees and clients to ensure smooth assignments

✔ Solve problems quickly and proactively when challenges arise

## Qualifications
**What We’re Looking For**

• **Experience:**
• 2+ years of staffing and recruiting experience.
• Healthcare staffing experience is a plus!
• **Skills & Attributes:**
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically **Outlook and Teams**.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think critically, act intuitively, and provide creative solutions.
• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred but not required.
• **Requirements:**
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; HS Diploma required.
• High-speed internet for remote work capabilities.
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotations as needed.
