• Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot production equipment
• Load raw materials and prepare machines for production
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
• Complete machine setups, changeovers, and minor adjustments
• Accurately track production, material usage, and scrap
• Maintain production and quality records
• Use forklifts, computers, and scanning equipment
• Communicate effectively with team members across shifts
• Support a safe, clean, and efficient work environment
