RELIEF PIT SUPERVISOR

## Description
The Relief Pit Supervisor will oversee all activities of the table games department to ensure the efficient operation. They will also act as a Dealer to assist with shift coverage.

• Perform all aspects of dealing assigned games while maintaining the highest standards in customer service.
• Assist in tracking play and game observation.
• Demonstrate an effective working knowledge of dealing policies and gaming procedures for all games played on property.
• Demonstrate good manual dexterity for quick and accurate handling of chips, cards, and money.
• Always present oneself as a credit to the Legends Bay Casino and encourages others to do the same.
• Resolve customer complaints / disputes where possible or refer such matters to a supervisor/manager.
• Ensure the team adheres to the gaming procedures, as set out in the Legends Bay Casino Procedures manual.
• Oversees the Table Games area.
• Provide motivation, guidance, and support to Table Games Team Members.

## Qualifications
**Education and Experience:**

• High School Diploma and/or GED.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the gaming industry.

**Additional Requirements:**

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Respond to common inquiries and/or complaints from guest.
• Must be able to tolerate areas containing secondary smoke, high noise levels, bright lights, and dust.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be flexible and able to work all shifts any weekend and holiday.

**Required Work Cards:**

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Nevada Gaming Card Registration.
