### **Service Technician – $20/Hour + 9% Commission | Company Vehicle Provided**

Basement Systems of Indiana is seeking a **Service Technician** to maintain and service our waterproofing, foundation repair, and crawl space systems while delivering exceptional customer service.

### **What You'll Do**

• Perform scheduled maintenance and service appointments.
• Diagnose issues and complete repairs on existing basement waterproofing, foundation repair, and crawl space systems.
• Educate homeowners on system performance and recommend additional solutions when appropriate.
• Build trust with customers through professionalism and outstanding service.
• Complete service reports accurately and maintain company equipment and vehicle.
• Work safely while following company procedures and industry best practices.

### **What We're Looking For**

• Valid driver's license with a **clean driving record (required)**
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in basements, crawl spaces, and other confined areas.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Mechanically inclined with troubleshooting experience.
• Ability to work independently and manage a daily schedule.
• Construction, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, or home service experience is a plus—but we're willing to train the right person!
