**What You’ll Be Responsible For**

• Leading and organizing your maintenance crew daily
• Following weekly schedules and completing jobs on time
• Delegating tasks and ensuring quality standards are met
• Supervising maintenance, watering, and chemical applications
• Monitoring plant health and identifying disease or pest issues
• Ensuring crew safety compliance
• Entering time for yourself and crew members
• Communicating professionally with clients and team members

• You will be the face of Blackjack Horticulture on your job sites.
• **What We’re Looking For**

• Valid driver’s license
• Minimum 1 year of landscape maintenance experience
• Strong work ethic and leadership mindset
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Professional and respectful communicator
• Positive attitude and dependable attendance
• Ability to work outdoors in all seasons
