## **Job Summary:**

## The Warehouse Associate will participate in the coordination of activities and operations of the warehouse. Repeatedly lift, load, and offload metal products, windows, and doors.

## **Duties/Responsibilities:**

• General Shop Labor.
• Loading/offloading metal products, windows and doors.
• Working on production line and meeting production targets
• Directs forklift drivers as needed.
• Manually handles, repacks, or restacks pallets of finished product as needed.
• Occasional pick up and deliveries using a company vehicle.
• Shop cleaning and organization as needed.
• Performs other related duties as directed

## Qualifications
## **Required Skills/Abilities:**

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Thorough understanding of warehouse policies and procedures.
• Ability to make sound judgments relative to inventory.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Positive attitude

## **Education and Experience:**

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Two years of work experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.

## **Physical Requirements:**

• Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds at times.
• Ability to move around the warehouse.
