**Textile Team (aka the fabric whisperers)**

• **Graders** evaluate quality and assign pricing—balancing value and appeal.

**Warehouse Operations**

• **Warehouse Worker I**are the masters of movement—responsible for loading, organizing, processing, and safely handling warehouse merchandise and donated goods while supporting daily operations.

## Qualifications

Physical and Environmental Work Conditions

• Regularly lift and /or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
• Vision abilities required by this job include close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to focus.
• Standing and walking for long periods.
• Ability to stoop, bend, kneel, push, and pull.
• The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate (examples: business office with computers and printers, light traffic).

Education and/or Experience

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School education or equivalent is preferred. Previous retail and/or cashiering experience is highly preferred.
• To perform this job successfully, an individual should have basic computer skills and beginner knowledge of touch screen cash registers.
